Description

Made in the traditional method, this sparkling has spent 4 years on lees with a low dosage to produce a wine of distinction. Time has added further complexity and character to this early hand-picked Chardonnay. Our 2018 Blanc de Blancs has a beautiful fine bead with a light honey gold colour. From the first bubble burst there is a creamy texture with faint toast characteristics. Savoury – seafood, delicate white fish, chicken, spicy light pasta, salmon and dill roulades Sweet – pavlova, berries, panna cotta, Danish pastries
