Description
A wonderful follow up to the very popular 2018 vintage. This fresh and vibrant field blend of 66% Chardonnay and 34% Semillon was hand-picked on 25 January. Crushed and matured together in seasoned French oak for 8 months. The wine shows textured stone fruit and melon on the palate and a nice touch of sea salt (Chablis anyone?) and finishes with zesty citrus lime and mandarin. Enjoy all through summer and cellar for up to 7 years as it develops more complexity.11.9%
